Backyard Bird Count Starts Friday!

Audubon along with the Cornell Ornithology Lab are running the 11th annual Great Backyard Bird count The 15th through the 18th, and you can help. All you gotta do is go out in the back yard for at least 15 minutes on any or all of those weekend days and note the birds you see. Then you report them online. See this site for details. I did it last year and had a blast. The site explains how to do it, even if you aren't super confident identifying birds.
