Way too long since my last post

The great horned owls are back. Can't get a picture of them as I never see them until it's too dang dark to photograph them. The screechers are back too. I've heard them the last week or so in the back yard. They must be nesting nearby. Most of the other birds I've seen lately are the year-rounders: Chickadees, titmice, cardinals, Blue Jays, Wrens. Of course the house sparrows and starlings are ever present and on nice days, the grackles and white-wing doves show up. I'll stick some p[ix up soon.
